ILPN PhD Studentship for research on global long-term care
The Care Policy and Evaluation Centre (CPEC) at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is an international research centre working mainly in the areas of long-term care (social care), mental health, developmental disabilities and other health issues. The Centre is affiliated to the Department of Health Policy at LSE. It has been involved in a number of key policy and practice developments.
Hosted by CPEC at LSE, the International Long-term Care Policy Network (ILPN) is a network of researchers, policy-makers and other stakeholders with the aim to promote the global exchange of evidence and knowledge on long-term care (LTC) policy. Along with hosting a biennial international conference, ILPN manages the Journal of Long-term Care.
ILPN is currently recruiting for a full-time MPhil/PhD studentship, with a start date of October 2020:
The doctoral student will be required to conduct research relevant to global/international long-term care. As part of the studentship, the successful applicant will be required to contribute to the running of the ILPN.
The successful applicant will join the Department of Health Policy’s MPhil/PhD programme and work closely with their supervisors and colleagues in CPEC at LSE.
